The Data Controller processes the following personal data:
a. name, date of birth, permanent and / or actual address, gender, nationality, personal email address and telephone;
Data on acquired education, professional qualifications, history of employment and acquired professional experience and skills.
The Data Controller will make every effort to keep your personal data up-to-date, accurate and complete. In the event that changes occur in your personal data or you find that the Data Controller keeps inaccurate and / or incomplete personal data, you should inform the Data Controller accordingly, or assist in correcting or supplementing your personal data accordingly.
The Data Controller is not responsible for any loss resulting from inaccurate, insufficient or incomplete personal data provided by you.
The Data Controller processes your personal data in relation to the management of our relationship with you for the following purposes:
a. for the management and performance of the subject of the Data Controlller’s activity;
personalizing individuals, assessing the professional experience and qualities of the candidates;
establishing contact with candidates for work by telephone, email or otherwise, depending on the contact details
provided by the person;
conducting an interview with the candidates;
exercising and protecting the legal rights and interests of the Data Controller;
for any other purpose not forbidden by law;
We store your personal data for a period of 6 months.
The Data Controller shall take all necessary action to implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of your personal data against accidental or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access.
The Data Controller discloses to third parties only those personal data that are necessary for the performance of the legally assigned or attributed activity. In this regard, third party access to your personal data is only granted to:
1. Third parties processing your personal data on behalf of the Data Controller for the purposes set by the Data Controller (e.g. payment service provider or other system vendors, including cloud providers);
state authorities in cases where access to personal data is required by the statutory order (including bodies of the judiciary, supervisory bodies, CPDP, etc.); third persons, where this is provided in a legal act.
You have the right to:
Receive complete, accurate and understandable information about the manner, purpose, reasons for processing your personal data, the recipients / categories of recipients of your Personal Information, etc .;
Access your personal data;
Correct your personal data or request the Data Controller to correct your personal data;
Delete your personal data or require the Data Controller to delete your personal data;
Withdraw consent to process your personal information;
Request from the Data Controller to limit the processing of your personal data;
Object to the use of your personal data for certain purposes when processing is based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller;
Ask not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects for you or similarly affects you considerably;
File a complaint with the CPDP regarding the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller.
